Disability statement: “Reasonable accommodations are available for students who have a documented disability. Please notify the instructor during the first week of class of any accommodations needed for the course. Late notification may cause the requested accommodations to be unavailable. All accommodations must be approved through the Disability Resource Center (DRC) in Administration Annex 206 (Tel. 335-1566).”

Incomplete Policy:  Students must let the professor know that an Incomplete “I” grade will be needed and the reason for the Incomplete.  Incompletes will only be considered if all materials, except course project, are submitted, e.g. midterm, final, and portfolio materials, by the end of the course.  This would leave only the course project to be completed.  Incompletes must be cleared by the end of the next semester.  If Incompletes are not completed by the end of the next semester, the student must retake the class to have the grade change submitted.
